Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions and carrots in olive oil
Step 2
Slice tempeh and throw in the mix
Step 3
Crush ginger into pot
Step 4
Add crushed tomato, basil, salt & pepper, chilli paste and spices to taste

Allow to cook down, then add vegetable stock and allow to boil
Step 6
Add lentils or a soup mix and flax seeds, and cook until absorbed!

Serve with rice or bread
