Ingredients

Flank Steak
Sauce
2 tablespoonsfish sauce
2 tablespoonslime juice
1 teaspoonground chili pepper
½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonsugar
The Veggies
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the beef bouillon, ½ tsp salt and soy sauce and pour over the meat. Marinade for at least ½ hour. Grill the meat, then slice thinly.
Step 2
Mix the Fish Sauce, lime juice, sugar, salt and chili pepper. Put this mixture and the onion and bell pepper on the meat and mix together. This step may be done a few hours before serving.
Step 3
At the last minute add the cucumber, tomato, green onion, cilantro and mint to the dish. Mix well and serve.
