Step 1
Heat up the slow cooker and add the diced beef, white onion, carrot, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, water and carrot
Step 2
Cook for 3.5 hours on high or 7.5 hours on low - add the peppers and soured cream (saving a little for garnish) for the remaining 30 mins
Step 3
When the beef is tender and falling apart, add the chopped parsley (saving some for garnish)
Step 4
Garnish, serve and enjoy!
