Step 1
Add all of the vinaigrette ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
Step 2
Use a small whisk or fork to vigorously whisk the ingredients together for 1-2 minutes, until emulsified. The vinaigrette will be emulsified properly when it looks cohesive with no separation of oil and vinegar, and it has thickened up a bit.
Step 3
Store in a glass jar and use on all your favorite salads!
