Great weeknight dinner! Change up the fillings too! Add extra deli meats, leave out the sauce, add veggies, anything you want! Use homemade pizza dough, get it from a pizza place or use store bought. It’s so easy and customizable!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Stretch pizza dough on a greased 11x17 sheet pan

Combine melted butter and seasonings

Brush half the melted butter mixture over the pizza dough

Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni (or whatever filling you’re using

Roll the pizza dough over itself and end with seam side down on the sheet pan

Brush remaining butter mixture over the top

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and slice. Serve with additional sauce if desired
