Instructions

Step 1
Soak frog legs in buttermilk for 30 minutes to a few hours. Combine flour, panko and seasonings and stir. Batter frog legs and fry at 325-350F for 4-5 minutes depending in size and weight of legs. When they float, they’re close to finished.
