Instructions

Step 1
Chop all of your vegies and put them in a bowl
Step 2
In a jug put all wet ingredients, except garlic and ginger
Step 3
Put wok on medium/high heat and add oil
Step 4
Stir fry beef, curry powder, ginger and garlic, until meat is browned
Step 5
Then add all of the vegetables and stir fry until beef is incorporated
Step 6
Add stock and toss through
Step 7
Cook until vegetables are to your liking
