Instructions
Step 1
Shred or grate zucchini. Put in sieve over bowl and mix salt through. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze excess moisture out.
Step 2
Beat eggs in bowl. Add zucchini, onion, dill, feta, garlic & black pepper. Mix through.
Step 3
Sprinkle flour and baking powder over. Mix through.
Step 4
Heat non-stick pan, grease it. (i use spray). Scoop about 1/8 c into pan, make sure you leave room to flip. Cook for a few minutes. Flip it, and cook the other side. Repeat till all mix is cooked
Step 5
Serve with lemon juice.
