Instructions
Step 1
Cut cucumbers to 1/4 inch thick rounds and sprinkle with salt. Mix the salt and cucumbers and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl grate 1 clove garlic. The add fish sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, sesame oil and sambal olek. Mix well until sugar has dissolved.
Step 3
Once the 30 minutes has passed, wash the salt off the cucumbers. Dry the cucumbers slightly, then add to the dressing and mix well. Plate and serve
