Instructions

Cake mix

Step 1
Add the softened butter, light brown sugar and biscoff spread and cream together
Step 2
Then add 4 eggs and mix
Step 3
Add the flour and continue whisking until everything is combined
Step 4
Now pour the mic into a loaf tin and spread evenly bake in the oven for 75 mins at 170

Icing

Step 5
Mix the butter and icing sugar and whisk
Step 6
Then add the biscoff spread and whisk

Decoration

Step 7
Add the melted biscoff spread to the edge of the cake and let it drip then pipe the icing onto the top
Step 8
Add halved lotus biscuits to the top of the icing and enjoy
