Base
Cream cheese layer
250 gramscream cheese
1tin sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 tablespoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonsgelatine powder
2 tablespoonswater

Jelly topping
Instructions
Base
Step 1
Crush the biscuits then mix with the butter and spread evenly on a greased lined lamington tray. Pess mixture down with a spatula to form a firm consistent base. Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cream filling
Step 2
Gently beat the cream cheese, vanilla and condensed milk until the mixture becomes smooth then mix the lemon juice in.
Step 3
Sprinkle the gelatine over the boiling water and mix until the gelatine has dissolved, then add to the cream mixture while constantly mixing. When well mixed, spread evenly over the base and leave to set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Jelly topping
Step 4
Follow the packet instructions for 1 packet of jelly but actually put 2 packets in. Cool jelly on the bench then gently pour over the cream cheese filling, and return to refrigerate until set.
