Instructions
Step 1
We clean the beans, wash them and put them to boil in the device for steaming. Boil it for 10 minutes, no more. The beans must be crispy after boiling.
Step 2
Cut the boiled green beans into pieces of about 3-4 cm.
Put the oil in a non-stick pan and add the chopped onion.
Saute it for 1 minute, or until it becomes translucent, then add the green beans and mix.
Step 3
Put the eggs in a bowl, add the parmesan, a little salt (don't forget that the parmesan is also salty, so be careful about the amount of salt added) and freshly ground pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth (about 1 minute)
Step 4
Add eggs to the pan with green beans and mix quickly. After 1 minute, over moderate heat, turn off the heat. In this way, the eggs will be creamy, not dry.
We serve the beans with eggs immediately, with slices of fried bread or with grilled chicken breast.
