Instructions
Step 1
1. Finely Crush 3 Oreos in a zip lock bag and place in a ramekin
Step 2
2. Melt 2 tbsp of butter and add it to the crushed Oreos. Mix well and slightly tap with a teaspoon to create the base of your cheesecake
Step 3
3. For the cream cheese layer, add the Philadelphia cream cheese in a bowl along with the icing sugar and some more chunky bits of Oreos. Mix well with a whisker until you have a soft creamy consistency
