Instructions

Step 1
Shallow fry the pieces of lamb in the butter.

Dice large onion then add it to the lamb

Add the garlic, mixed spice, mild chili powder, salt & pepper.

Lower the temp until it’s all softened a bit, then add the tomatoes

Add the vegetable stock and the lemon juice/molasses

If you’re using fresh Okra then add them now

But if you’re using the frozen okra, then leave the lamb mixture to be cooking for half an hour, then add the frozen okra while it’s still frozen to your mixture & once it’s starting to boil lower the heat to minimum & leave it until it cooked (approximately 2 hours)

Put it for the last 30 minutes in the oven to make it softer & thicker. But always if you think it’s getting too thick then add some boiling water to it to thinning it.
