Instructions
Step 1
Mix Panko mixture in medium bowl - Panko, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, 2 Tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper.
Step 2
Pat chicken dry and season all over with salt and pepper. Evenly spread sour cream onto tops of chicken, then mound with packs mixture, pressing firmly to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).
Step 3
Roast until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
