Norma’s Homemade Hot Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a skillet

Step 2
Add tomatoes, serrano, onion, and garlic and allow to roast. You can also do this in the oven/air fryer.
Step 3
Turn everything throughout the roasting to allow everything to roast evenly. I like mines a lil charred.
Step 4
Once you reach your desired toast, add everything to a blender and add cilantro.
Step 5
Add 1/3 cup water to same skillet to clean the extra flavor off & add to blender.
Step 6
Add seasonings & blend.
Step 7
