Instructions
Step 1
Brown both sides of the veal in olive oil. Set aside.
Step 2
Boil spaghetti until al dente (about 6 minutes). Drain. Place in baking dish.
Step 3
Pour majority of sauce over pasta. Mix well. Place veal on top. Use remainder of sauce to pour over them. Top with a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and Romano cheeses. Serve.
