Instructions

Step 1
Put the warmed-up beer in a medium bowl, then add 3 & 1/2 tsp of instant yeast, give it a little stir and let sit for a couple of minutes

Add 1 & 1/4 tsp granulated sugar, 1 & 1/4 tbsp olive oil, and 1 & 1/2 tsp salt. Stir everything well to combine, then add 2 & 1/4 cup of bread flour. Stir everything well. Once it turns into dough consistency, knead it with a wet hand until smooth then cover with a towel and let rise for 15 minutes
Step 3
After 15 minutes, take off the cover and fold over, and rotate the dough. Repeat this four times and finish it off by rounding and tucking the dough into a nice tight ball. Put the cover back and ferment for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
After 15 minutes, grab your cast-iron pan and give a generous coating of olive oil on it then place your dough with the seam side facing up. Now, push the dough outwards to fill the pan, then cover the pan with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes. At this point, go ahead and preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. After ten minutes, top pizza then let rise another ten minutes. After that, cook on stovetop on high heat for 2 minutes then bake at 425 for 18-22 minutes
