Instructions

Step 1
Roll out your puff pastry. The pastry can either be homemade or brought at the local supermarket. Then with the sausages they will have to be fresh not frozen. Cut the skin off the sausages so your left with sausage meat to use for the sausage rolls or sausage meat can be brought. Ideal when spreading the sausage meat on to the puff pastry is to use a pipe bag. This is an easier way to spread the meat on the pastry. Once the sausage meat is spread on the pastry fold the pastry over the sausage meat and cut into the right sizes you want. Spread the egg with a pasting brush this glazes the pastry it gives the sausage rolls a good glade look. With a knife put a slice cut down the middle of the pastry so this is a lovely finish. Bake 180 on electric fan cooker. Time 20 min
