The Dough
½ cupsugar
½ tspsalt
½ tspbaking powder
1 cupall-purpose flour
3eggs
115gunsalted butter
at room temperature
1 Tbspdark brown sugar
2 Tbsphoney

Instructions
The Dough
Step 1
In a Bowl combine Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder and sifted All Purpose Flour. Mix together. Now add 3 Eggs, mixing each Egg into the Dry Ingredients.
Step 2
In a Pot, combine Unsalted Butter at room temperature, Dark Brown Sugar and Honey. Simmer the ingredients on medium-low heat until smooth and shiny.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and carefully add it to the Dough. Whisk it all together until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Now, refrigerate the Dough for at least 15 minutes. For the best results we recommend refrigerating it overnight.
Step 5
Transfer the Dough into the Piping Bag. Pipe the Dough over the Mini Madeleines Mold Pan and transfer into the Oven.
Step 6
Bake madeleines for 5 minutes at 375F (175C). Rotate the Mold 180 degrees after first 2-3 minutes of baking.
Step 7
