Marinade
¼ cupsoy sauce
low-sodium or coconut aminos
2 Tbsphoney
1 Tbspolive oil
2 tsprice vinegar
1 tspgarlic
minced

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk marinade ingredients together
Step 2
Cut steak into cubes and place in a ziploc bag with marinade. Marinate 2+ hours in the fridge.
Step 3
Heat a skillet to med/high heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray and add steak. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove from pan
Step 4
Spray pan again and add veggies with a little salt and pepper. Saute about 5 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add steak to the pan. Cook 1 minute or until everything is heated through.
Step 5
Weigh entire recipe and divide weight by number of servings.
