Waffle
2 ½ cupsflour
¾ tspsalt
1 Tbspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspnutmeg
optional
¼ cupsugar
2 cupsbuttermilk
2eggs
whisked
4 Tbspunsalted butter
melted
1 ½ tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together your dry ingredients in a bowl. (Lotus flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, and baking soda)
Step 2
In a separate bowl whisk together all of your wet ingredients. (Sugar, melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla)
Step 3
Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients & fold together (don’t over mix)
Step 4
Pour your batter into your waffle maker & cook for approximately 3mins or golden brown
Step 5
Top your waffles with whatever you like
