Step 1
cook farro according to package
Step 2
dice all veggies really small (or big, if you like that instead)
Step 3
emulsify all dressing ingredients
Step 4
mix farro, veggies and dressing in a large bowl. Serve with naan bread and feta cheese, or scoop with tortilla chips.
