Homemade Jam from Frozen Strawberries

I initially used the Salted Pepper’s recipe for this, but made a few changes to get to this final product. There’s nothing like homemade jam 😍 and they’re great on Jelly Donuts, or on a PB&J

Instructions
Step 1
Place frozen strawberries in a medium or large pot with water and powdered pectin. Stir. Turn the heat on high and bring to a boil that cannot be stirred down. This takes 7-10 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the sugar and continue to cook on high. Stir often while you bring to a boil that cannot be stirred down and hold the boil for 1 minute. Temp should be around 220°
Step 3
Turn off the heat and mash up the strawberries. Ladle into jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Store in the refrigerator!
