Air Fryer Chicken sausage and Veggies
This air fryer chicken sausage and veggies recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight meal. It only takes 10 minutes and it’s loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

1red bell pepper
large, cut into 1-inch pieces
1orange bell pepper
large, cut into 1-inch pieces
1red onion
peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1zucchini
medium, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoonavocado oil
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
½ teaspoonkosher salt
black pepper
1 packagechicken sausage
I used robust Italian flavor
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the veggies, drizzle them with avocado oil, mix up the spices and coat the veggies in the spices.
Step 2
Slice the sausage into 3/4-inch rounds and add it to the veggies and toss everything together.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer if needed to 390 degrees F, then spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray, add the sausage and veggies and cook for 10 minutes at 390 degrees F, tossing the sausage and veggies half way through cooking to make sure they get crispy on all sides. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Serve and enjoy!
