Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, make sure the bowl is not touching the water. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks to the chocolate
Step 3
On another bowl wisk egg whites with the sugar until forming stiff peacks. Add the vanilla.
Step 4
Fold in the egg whites in the chocolate mixture
Step 5
Put in individual bowls or a pan and refrigerate until set
Step 6
Serve with salt (recommended) and some cream (optional)
