Instructions
Step 1
Bring cream just to boil either in microwave or on stove (I prefer the microwave).
Step 2
Pour it over a bowl of small pieces of chocolate; allow cream sit on chocolate (1-2 min.)
Step 3
Stir ganache until cream & chocolate are fully combined.
