Instructions
Step 1
Chop beef into squares and place into instant pot with seasonings and rotel tomatoes for shredded meat (or dice meat into small cubes and cook in pan with cilantro and lime)

Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes
Step 3
Toast the bread in oven for 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees
Step 4
Spread bread with mayo on one side and guacamole on the other
Step 5
Add meat to sandwich, then some tapatio and squeeze a lime over the meat

Top with lettuce and tomatoes
