Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients apart from the bread in a large flat bowel
Step 2
Dip the bread into the mixture one slice at a time and fry with low calorie spray for 3-4 minutes a side
Step 3
Cover in fruit, Greek yogurt and low calorie syrup and enjoy
Step 4
If you make more then you need it can be stored in the fridge and reheated in either the oven, air fryer or a frying pan
