For Meatballs
3 Tbspolive oil
1 lbground turkey meat
1 lbground pork meat
1 cupshredded mozzarella
4 clovesgarlic
minced thinly
2 tspitalian seasoning
½ tspred crushed chili pepper flakes

2 Tbsphot sauce

black pepper
Sauce
5 Tbspbutter
2bouillon cube
crumble
32 oztomato sauce
1juice of lemon
½ cupbeef broth
1 tspcurry powder
salt
pepper
7zucchinis
coin cut and roasted
1 cupcilantro
fresh chopped, or parsley

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice and beans in an instant pot or stovetop with seasoning.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine ground turkey and pork meat with 1 Tbsp of olive oil, cheese, and all other ingredients for meatballs.
Step 3
Mix everything together and form medium size meatballs (1 1/4 in diameter).
Step 4
In a cast iron pan heat up 2 Tbsp of olive oil on medium-high heat. Brown all sides of the meatballs and set them aside.
Step 5
Next season coin zucchinis with oil salt and pepper. Rost in the oven or on the stovetop for a few minutes.
Step 6
On medium-high heat, heat up a large cast iron pan with 5 Tbsp of butter. When the butter starts sizzling mix in the bullion cubs.
Step 7
Pour in the tomato sauce and mix for 30 seconds. Squeeze in lemon juice, pour in beef broth, and add curry powder, salt, and pepper. Then place meatballs in the sauce, turn the heat to low, and let the sauce simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 8
After 3 minutes followed in zucchini, and garnish with cilantro.
Step 9
Serve over cooked rice and beans or my fire bulgur wheat recipe, Bon appétit!
