Put the cream cheese into a casserole dish

Boil the macaroni according to the package

Drain well in a colander and add the pasta to the casserole dish

Stir the macaroni and cream cheese together until it's well mixed with a spatula. Add the dish in the oven to heat up

Add 2 spoons of butter, and 1 cup of milk, and grate on some mature cheddar in a separate pot. Add one at a time so you can add as much as you want for each
