Instructions
Step 1
Dice pear and place in small saucepan on medium heat.
Step 2
Drizzle maple syrup over the pear and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Divide into 1 bowl per per person.
Step 4
Using a food processor or blender, blend walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt until coarsely mixed.
Step 5
Spoon walnut crumble over pears. Enjoy!
