Instructions
Step 1
Mince shrimp and add it to ground pork. I like to keep my seasoning minimal since there is so much flavor in the sauce but feel free to add grated garlic and ginger if you’d like.
Step 2
Season with soy sauce, white pepper and green onions and corn starch. Mix all the ingredients together and to taste the filling, cook one teaspoon in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds and adjust the seasonings if needed. Don’t worry, it will cook.
Step 3
I’m using wonton wrappers and I keep a wet paper towel over it to prevent it from drying while I’m wrapping the dumplings.
Step 4
Add one tablespoon of filling to the wrapper and dab some water along the edges of the wrapper before folding. Fold in a triangular shape and press to seal the edges.
Step 5
I cooked this in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes. (Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer)
Sauce
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix chili oil, soy sauce, sweet black vinegar, rice wine vinegar, honey/agave, grated garlic, and green onions.
