Chickpea spread
Step 1
Mash the chickpeas and avocado with a fork.
Step 2
Chop the cranberries and cashews.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Cut the bagel in half. Spread both halves with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Place the salad on the bottom half.
