Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions in butter and olive oil, 1-2 mins. Add carrots and celery, let cook another 3-4 mins. Add garlic.
Step 2
Season with s & p to taste, parsley, Italian seasoning,poultry seasoning, basil & thyme.
Step 3
Add flour and let cook for 1-2 mins.
Step 4
Add stock and bay leaves , bring to a boil.
Step 5
Once boiling reduce to a simmer , add chicken and then noodles.
Step 6
Simmer for about 15 mins or until noodles are tender.
