¾ cuptvp soy granules
400gpassata
or lightly seasoned tomato sauce
¾ cupveggie broth
2 Tbspmaple syrup
2 tspliquid smoke
optional
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspcumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tsponion powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1avocado
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1 Tbsplemon juice
2 Tbspwater
to thin
salt

0.13green cabbage
shredded
0.13purple cabbage
1carrot
shredded
Instructions
Step 1
😋 Sauté your onion until translucent then add in your garlic & cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
🍅 Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5-10 minutes at a gentle simmer over low-medium heat.
Step 3
🥑 While that is cooking add your Avo, maple syrup, lemon juice, water and salt & pepper to a bowl and mash to form a dressing.
Step 4
🥕Shred up your cabbage & carrot and mix it into the dressing.
Step 5
🤗Assemble on a toasted bun & enjoy!
