Instructions
Step 1
Rinse, de-stem and pick over fresh cranberries.
Step 2
Bring one cup of water to a boil.
Step 3
Add half cup of granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Add cranberries and bring to the boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Pour into a glass container and allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Refrigerate until set.
