Creamy Basil & Avocado Pasta

Comfort food at it’s finest, this pasta tastes just as delicious as it looks. It’s a recipe that can be made and enjoyed in all seasons, something you can indulge in without feeling heavy or bloated afterwards.
You can use any kind of pasta here. I like to use a pulse pasta or simple gluten-free pasta.

Avocado Basil Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If it is not combining, add a touch more olive oil.
Step 2
Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Plunge in the pasta and cook according to packet instructions. Drain and add to a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the prepared sauce to the pasta and toss to combine. Add in the tomatoes and serve.
