Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400° degrees

2. Peel and wash the carrots

3. Put the carrots in a casserole dish then add in the garlic, thyme, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, honey, olive oil and give it a good toss.
Step 4
4. Slice the butter and Put it right on top of the carrots
Step 5
5. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until tender and enjoy!
