Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle mahi filets with garlic salt and pepper. Place butter pats onto preheated griddle, place mahi filets onto butter pats. Cut until opaque halfway thorough filets. Pour half of the garlic juice over filet and cook 1-2 minutes more. Flip filets and add the remaining lemon juice. Cook until fish is completely opaque and flakes easily with fork.
