This recipe can be made in any 6 quart electric pressure cooker, those include: Instant Pot, Ninja Foodi and Crock Pot Express.
If you use an 8-quart electric pressure cooker, you may want to use an extra 1/2 cup of broth to help bring it up to pressure.

Instructions
Step 1
Place your chicken pieces in your 6-quart instant pot
Step 2
Mix together remaining ingredients (except for cornstarch, water and rice) until well blended
Step 3
Pour over chicken
Step 4
Seal and cook on manual high for 6 minutes and quick release.
Step 5
Remove your chicken from your instant pot and keep warm
Step 6
Mix together your cornstarch and water in a glass measuring cup or coffee cup
Step 7
Pour your sauce and cornstarch mixture back into your instant pot, turn on saute and bring to a boil
Step 8
Simmer, stirring your sauce frequently until your sauce reaches the desired thickness
Step 9
Serve your chicken on a bed of rice drizzled with the sauce
