Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice shrimp and place into a large bowl. Pour the lime juice over the shrimp. Stir to combine then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
2. In a separate large bowl, combine all of the the vegetables.
Step 3
3. When shrimp are done marinating, add the shrimp to the bowl.
Step 4
4. Add the black pepper and clamato juice, mixing just to combine. Serve over a tostada or with your favorite crackers/chips. Enjoy!
