Instructions

Step 1
Take a baking dish or something that can easily contain the meat. Put the rabbit in it and cover it with white wine.

Add all the garlic, rosemary, laurel, juniper and a bit of salt and pepper. Cover the baking dish and let the meat marinate in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

Step 3
Peel the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 30 mintues.

Take the potatoes out from the water and dry them up. Cut the potatoes in cubes.

Take a casserole dish or a baking dish and pour a couple of spoon of olive oil into it. Ease down the potatoes and add some salt. Mix the potatoes with your hands for a minute.

Step 6
Take the rabbit out from the marinade and dry it up. When it is ready, ease it down in the casserole dish with the potatoes. Add some rosemary and garlic if you like and then bake the dish for about 50/60 minutes. When the meat is ready you should see it getting a little crispy on top.
