Step 1
Dredge chicken in nuts and seasonings. Cook breasts in oil for two minutes on each side and then bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes . Cook onions in remaining oil until soft.
Purée onion , avocado, oil, juice and water until smooth
Top lettuce with onions and chicken and serve with dressing.
