Step 1
1. Bring a pot of water to boil while you cut broccoli florets and dice other veggies. Add broccoli to boiling water for 1 minute. Transfer immediately to a bowl of ice water. Drain. Cut into very small pieces 2. Chop up the veggies 3. Combine coconut aminos and sesame oil in one small bowl and garlic and ginger in another. 4. Heat a flat-bottomed skillet over high heat until a drop of water evaporates a second or two after being added to the pan. Coat bottom and sides of skillet with a Tbs of the oil. 5. Brown ground turkey, if using while dicing cooked broccoli into smaller pieces 6. Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry no more than 10 seconds. Add celery and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and stir fry for 1 minute more. 7. Swirl in the remaining oil, and add the green onions, quinoa, and sauce mixture. Stir fry about 1 minute until heated through.
