Instructions
Step 1
Start by slicing the sprouts into cabbage like pieces and place in a bowl to one side.
Step 2
The fry off the pierogi in a small amount of olive oil until they’re golden brown.
Step 3
Once fried place into a baking tray on the side to warm later.
Step 4
Place the Pork Escalope into the oven at 190C for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add a small amount of oil back into the pan and fry off half of the sprouts for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Once fried add 1 knob of butter, half a teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1/4 a can of cider and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Let the sprouts sweat for a few minutes until cooked through. Place to one side and repeat for the other pack of sprouts.
Step 8
The Pork will now be ready to take out of the oven. Place the Pierogi into the oven in its place.
Step 9
Begin to plate the Sprouts and Pork while the Pierogi warms through.
Step 10
Once plated add the Pierogi and then warm the entire plate in oven for a couple minutes.
Step 11
Once warm, serve.
