Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the ingredients well in a saucepan and heat on low, stirring and scraping along the bottom
Step 2
Avoiding a simmer, when the mixture is hot and thick (8-10 minutes), or 180°C, remove from the heat and strain
Step 3
When thick, or 180°C, take off the heat and strain
Step 4
Stir in orange zest and chill
