Step 1
Chop the almonds and slice the peach.
Step 2
Cut off the top part of the pomegranate. Now you can see all the fruit sections. Cut carefully in between each fruit section. Then you can easily open the pomegranate and take out the seeds.
Step 3
Toast the brioche bread until golden brown.
Step 4
Spread one brioche slice with cottage cheese. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and chopped almonds.
Step 5
Place the pomegranate seeds and peach slices on top. Drizzle the honey on top
Step 6
Stack the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
