Instructions
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes in ½cm pieces and add them to a bowl
Step 2
Chop the basil leaves and add them to the bowl, alongside the oil, salt, pepper and oregano. You don’t have to, but you can let the ingredients rest for 30 minutes to fully develop the flavour
Step 3
Slice your ciabatta or baguette bread into 1cm slices. Drizzle some olive oil and toast on each side in a pan on high heat until starting to brown
Step 4
With a spoon, add the mixture on top of the toasted bread and some flakey salt. Buon appetito!
