Instructions
Step 1
Put the cornflour and beef in a zip lock bag and coat evenly.
Step 2
Put the water, soy sauce, garlic, sugar into a jug and stir, then put into the slow cooker
Step 3
Put the very thinly sliced carrots into the slow cooker along with the frozen peppers.
Step 4
Put the beef in and give it a good stir
Step 5
Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 5 hours. You may find with some slow cookers it can catch a little, so stirring now and then is reccomended.
Step 6
Serve with your choice of side, and sprinkle with sliced spring onions. We love ours with egg fried rice.
